Directly involved in the technology research, Mr. Sean H. LeMons is a pioneer of the next generation of profitable Internet businesses: Wireless. Mr. LeMons developed a major WISP in 1994, two years prior to the concept of becoming accepted as the new direction of Internet connectivity. Mr. LeMons was responsible for building and designing one of the country's first "Wireless Fiber Rings" in the world (Orange County, California). This system proved to be an intricate, fully redundant wireless network at speeds up to 155 Mbps.

Founding his previous company, Worldwide Wireless Networks Inc. "WWWN" in 1994, Mr. LeMons served in many positions since its inception besides developing WWWN's conceptual wireless designs and implementations. He focused much of his time managing research teams on competitive technology innovations, as well as financial and technical feasibility evaluations of systems and products. As WWWN's Executive Director of Network Operations, and main technical Board Advisor Mr. LeMons took a startup Internet Service Provider "ISP" and turned it into a nationally recognized Wireless publicly traded ISP. As Executive Vice-President, Mr. LeMons was a key negotiator in several acquisitions. He assisted in the process of taking WWWN to public in 1998.

As an industry wide recognized and well-respected WISP developer, Mr. LeMons acts as an advisor to several high technology companies such as Foundry Networks and Cisco Networks. He assisted Foundry in integrating their Ethernet Based Router into the developing connectivity demands of the burgeoning wireless data market. With his help, Foundry grew into a key vendor for the wireless broadband market by rewriting several of their codes and standards. Cisco invited Mr. LeMons to conduct field training sessions with their wireless engineers and business product managers to discuss the research of developing standards for their wireless products. He was also responsible for developing technical solutions for large clients such as the "County of Orange" with 16,000 users and creating a truly redundant hybrid system via wireless DS3 and physical T3 connections.

Mr. LeMons is instrumental in developing business models, engineering platforms and deployment of Wireless ISP's. His deployments in the US have served over 500 broadband wireless T1 clients, and his wireless deployments cover several thousand square miles. While implementing the technology Mr. LeMons always has a keen eye on profitable deployments. He is one of the foremost experienced technical minds in the Internet industry combining wireless and wired networks.

My Ancestry / History:

I am a mutt:  White ( German, English, other) my earliest white roots into the US was 1635 James Town on my fathers side,  and on my mother's side I am also 1/8th American Indian my great grandmother was Native American from around the San Francisco area where she met my great grandfather who came over from Germany there is more (German, and red Irish). 

So the layout that I can figure out is

Dad's side

1635 Jamestown, and two of my great grand parents were German. Also the head of the original Texas Rangers was a direct relative.

Mom's side

My Grand Mother is an obvious Irish gal with the Red hair.

My grandfather's father (great grandfather married 3 times, first marriage was to my great grandmother who was Native American from the San Francisco area. She had my grandfather and died shortly later, the my great grandfather remarried to his second wife had a few kids and the she died as well, then he married his third wife and had a few more kids.)  The funny thing was the my mom didn't even know that she was a quarter American Indian. since she never new her direct grandmother. I actually told her after a long good talk with my grandfather.
